SHIPPING & SIZE SWAPS

Kiba Barefoot shoes: free delivery on the Gold Coast, $10 flat rate Australia-wide, and free shipping on 2 or more pairs. Shipping for apparel and equipment is shown at checkout or quoted on request. All orders (including presale) are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a size swap. You're welcome to try them on indoors, but shoes must not be worn or used — they must be in perfect condition and in their original box. Return shipping is paid by the customer; once we receive and check the pair, we send your new size with shipping on us. If your new size isn't available, we'll refund you. To start a swap, email infinitypbfsport@gmail.com with your order number. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If your pair arrives damaged or faulty, email us at infinitypbfsport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it first; if your size isn't available, we'll refund you. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
